Summation VIII : Call For Submissions
Celebrate a year of creativity with SUMMATION 2015, an exhibition that invites you to write poetry in response to artwork in the exhibition. Join us at the holiday reception on 2nd Saturday, Dec. 11th from 5:30pm - 8:00pm.

from December 11, 2015 through January 2, 2016 (or just click here to see them now)
Pick out up to 5 works that inspire you to poetry
Write the poems thus inspired
Put them in Word format (.doc, .docx, .txt, or .rtf)
Fill out the Submission Form
Attach the form, and the poetry file(s), to an email, and send to one of the submission editors:

Put "Summation" in the subject line, and include a short
biography in the body of the email. There will be a poets sign-up sheet at
the gallery. It is OK to write a poem to an art work that someone else has
already signed up for (and we have accepted many over the years) , but one's
chances of acceptance are greater if you are the only poet to write to a
particular art work.
Note: Some browsers will NOT save the text entered in a PDF form directly. It is safer to save the
submission form WITHOUT text, and then edit that copy in Adobe Reader afterwards.
If you want to submit by ordinary snail-mail, fill out the form and print it out. You may also save it to your local disk using the save feature, which usually shows up as a little floppy-disk shaped icon somewhere on the screen.
